Qingdao HaoZeman Machinery Co., Ltd. is a Chinese manufacturer of surface-treatment machinery for decorative building materials. Our core products are profile wrapping machines, flat laminating machines, fully-automatic laminating production lines, glue spraying machines, automatic line devices and woodworking machinery (sanders, panel saws, edge banders, CNC keyhole machines and vacuum membrane presses).

A profile wrapping machine (also called a profile wrapper or profile covering machine) applies decorative films, PVC foils or wood veneers onto the surface of profiles and mouldings using hot-melt adhesive — usually PUR glue. It is widely used for doors, windows, door frames, skirting, architraves, aluminium profiles, PVC profiles and furniture mouldings.

A flat laminating machine bonds a decorative film or foil (PET, PVC, PP, acrylic or paper) onto the flat surface of a board or panel with adhesive and pressure. It is used to finish MDF, particle board, PVC board, magnesium-oxide board, gypsum board and calcium-silicate board for furniture, cabinets and wall panels.

Flat lamination applies film to flat board surfaces with rollers and pressure, while profile wrapping covers the shaped faces of profiles and mouldings with film or veneer using hot-melt PUR adhesive. Many customers use both: flat lamination for panels, wrapping for edges, frames and mouldings.

Yes. We design and build fully-automatic production lines for surface lamination of boards — integrating gantry loading, pre-heating, glue coating (roller or spray), laminating, board turnover and unloading. We also build automatic profile wrapping production lines. Each line is tailored to the customer's materials, output and plant layout.
